Dribble- this involves bouncing the basketball in front of you from one hand to the other. This is mostly used when a player wants to change directions and theyre not being guarded. It is often known as the easiest basketball move for players to perform.
Through the Legs Dribble
This is a bit harder to do. It involves moving the ball from one hand to the other but by putting it through your legs. This move offers protection from when a defender is trying to take the ball away because the front leg blocks them.
Behind the Back Dribble
This allows the player to switch the ball from one hand to the other but with their entire body protecting the ball from being taken away. One of the biggest benefits of this is that the ball can be passed out in front of your opposite hand which allows the offensive player to react quickly
