Calendar
Here you can see your scheduled sessions and make changes to your schedule. You are able to block days, block specific hours, cancel sessions, reschedule sessions and schedule specific group activities here.
Color code:
RED- indicates days which are blocked to scheduling sessions
BLUE- indicates blocked time for group session
NORMAL- indicates open schedule for bookings (can see scheduled sessions by opening hourly tab)
How to:
Navigate the Calendar:
Press “Next” to view next month
Press “Previous” to view previous month
Press date box to view hourly schedule for specific day
Block a day
Select “Block” check box
Press “Save Changes”
The blocked day will appear highlighted in red
Unblock a day
Select “Unblock” check box (highlighted in blue with a check)
Press “Save Changes”
The unblocked day will appear with a white indicating that it’s open for scheduling
Previous days cannot be blocked
If sessions are already scheduled day cannot be blocked
Open Hourly Tab
Press date box
Hourly Tab will appear on the right of the calendar
Specific date will be at the top
Block Hourly
Select “Block” check box corresponding to hours which you want blocked
Press “Save Changes”
Blocked hours will appear highlighted in red
Green indicates open hours for booking
Block Time for Specific Group or Session
Select “Select for GROUP” check box for hours when your group will be meeting
Select Group Class from drop down arrow
Press “Save Changes”
Normal background indicates blocked time for Group or Session
*All changes made to your calendar will be posted on your public profile so clients are aware of your availability
Help
Dashboard:
“My Dashboard” allows you to manage your own schedule. Here you can view scheduled sessions, cancel sessions, reschedule sessions, and block your schedule so sessions cannot be scheduled at a specific time.
Important Messages:
“Important Messages” bar will contain important announcements and items that need attention relating to your account
This bar will only appear if you have outstanding tasks or announcements have not been viewed.
Top Activities:
“Top Activities” gives you a quick glance of upcoming sessions, cancelations, and any recent actions made by the client to your scheduling. You are able to take action (cancel, reschedule, etc.) on specific sessions by selecting the options listed on each session.
